Jake Cake

This cake was for a baseball fan who is turning 9 on St. Patrick's day. He liked the first Oriole hat cake that I made, so I altered the design to customize it for him. One of my goals as a cake decorator is to never do the same cake twice. I want every cake to be unique to each client. It also challenges me to be creative and try new techniques. Everyone wins!

8'' chocolate cake with 2 bowl cakes, vanilla buttercream icing with green food coloring, fondant.
